Build the system, not the workaround
At Tom Tailor, I delivered a complete ecommerce replatform in nine months alongside other Product Owners and was responsible for introducing the new product and media data systems in three. At esome, I owned advertising products including a meta-DSP, a validator for image and HTML5 creatives, and services that automated campaign work from API intake through delivery, controlling and reporting.
Complex operations became connected, maintainable product systems.

I grew from Product Manager into Team Lead because I enjoy helping people develop. Later, as a Facilitator, I helped teams build more effective ways of working and develop a shared product practice, strengthening discovery, prioritisation and decision-making.

When a practical problem has no sensible solution, I build one. A growing set of tools now solves problems across campaign operations, team coordination and my own technical setup. Those skills also helped me take hands-on responsibility for existing services, keep them running and deliver necessary updates myself.
